How it works

Hire is pickup-based. Pickup from Mount Eliza is standard — you collect your gear before your event and drop it back after. Rosebud pickup may be requested and requires written confirmation from Simple Entertainment; unless we confirm Rosebud in writing, pickup will be from Mount Eliza.

Being listed as a service area means you're welcome to hire from us and collect your gear — it does not mean we deliver to that area.

Where do I collect my hire?

Pickup from Mount Eliza is standard. Rosebud pickup may be requested and requires written confirmation.

Can I request Rosebud pickup?

Yes — choose the Rosebud request option when you book, or mention it in your enquiry. It is not confirmed until we confirm it in writing, and Mount Eliza remains the pickup point until then.

Do you deliver?

Hire is pickup-based, so delivery is not part of our standard service. If you have a specific requirement, ask us and we'll let you know what's possible for your date.
